Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On-Street Parking Places

Road and Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On-Street Parking Places (Civil Parking Enforcement and Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No. 19)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 天美传媒 propose that in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as 鈥渢he Act鈥�), as amended, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, and The Traffic Management Act 2004 (the 鈥�2004鈥� Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, to make the above Order, and to amend the restrictions on the following roads as outlined below and in the schedule.

  • The Council proposes to make Amendment Order No. 19 which shall have the general effect of amending the 天美传媒 (Various Roads) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (鈥渢he Consolidation Order鈥�). The council considers that the Order to remove the parking restrictions where the need no longer exists, would provide additional unrestricted parking to residents in the area.
  • The effects of the Order will be to revoke No Waiting at Any Time on the length of road as specified on map schedule L27, L30, O21A, P23A, Q25 and Q26.
  • The effects of the Order will be to revoke No Waiting 8am - 6pm on the length of road as specified on map schedule AA47, L27 and P14. Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a statement of the Council鈥檚 reasons for proposing to make the Order are available on the 天美传媒 website and will be so until the expiration date of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to the undersigned by 13 November 2025.
